Knauf was the first company using desulfurization gypsum as a raw material for production. In 1997, Knauf built a gypsum board production line in Wuhu, China, adopting desulfurization gypsum as the main raw material. Drawing on Knauf's advanced experience and technology, we learned the comprehensive utilization of desulfurization gypsum from German experts. With strong support shown by power plant's leadership, we learned operational principles of desulfurization equipment from experts in power plant operation. Based on untiring efforts, Fuwan has developed a mature management system for the comprehensive utilization of desulfurization gypsum. Our cooperative power plants have a wide range of sources, and by employing the Physically Extreme Matching method, we can significantly improve the qualification rate of desulfurization gypsum. This approach helps our client units produce products with better quality.
Mature Quality Management System
It only takes forty minutes from sampling to obtaining assay reports, enabling efficient monitoring of product quality. Our company determines the destination for outbound shipments and the classification of warehouse stacking based on the quality of gypsum.
40,000-50,000 Ton Storage
Our company has a 10,000 square meter storage center near the Jinjiang Port in Wuhu. It can store approximately 40,000 to 50,000 tons of gypsum. We transport and store desulfurization gypsum in accordance with national environmental regulations.
Self-owned Shipping Company along the Yangtze River
Our company owns two inland river vessels with a total tonnage of 6034 tons. We also have ongoing partnerships with six vessels, totaling a carrying capacity of 22,000 tons. These vessels operate year-round, transporting goods between cooperative power plants and customers. Additionally, our warehouses are located alongside the Yangtze River, among which the biggest one just 100 meters away from the domestic trading terminal. Leveraging our strategic location and the advantage of our own vessels, we utilize waterway transportation, enabling flexible and efficient cargo turnover arrangements.
Professional Transportation Team
Executives and management teams in Fuwan are all certified and qualified security managers, ensuring efficient and reasonable arrangements for transportation among cooperative power plants, warehouse terminals, and customer factories for 24 hours. We own three vehicle fleets. Two teams, comprising seven people, have been regularly commuting between power plants and our warehouse. The third one, consisting of 20 members, is specially prepared for serving our customers. With our professional, efficient, and standardized management, our transportation teams are highly recognized by power plants and customers.
